I’ve always been fascinated by the body’s incredible ability to heal. After graduating from AICM in 2021 and becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, I knew this path was my calling, combining my passion for wellness with helping others feel their best.

I take a compassionate, holistic approach to every session, creating personalized treatments that are both relaxing and results-driven. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage, and Cupping, tailoring each massage to relieve tension, restore balance, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Outside the treatment room, I enjoy spending time outdoors and staying connected to the natural rhythms that inspire my approach to care.
